Sirena Fisherfolk Cooperative

Sirena began as fourteen hand-line fishers who were tired of selling their catch at the pier for whatever the buyer felt like paying that morning. Today the cooperative runs a shared ice plant, a cold room in Pagadian and a small consolidation route to Manila.

Every product listed here is landed by a named member. The cooperative grades the catch, sets a floor price with its board, and handles the whole conversation with buyers so its members can stay on the water.
